1.What is an airline consolidator?

A consolidator is an airline ticket wholesaler who obtains fares far below published fares from airlines in exchange for making volume sales commitments. The airlines sell discounted tickets to consolidators because of the volume of tickets they are able to sell and because the seats would otherwise remain empty. As a result consolidators can resell tickets to travel agents, ticket brokers and to the general public at the prices which are often below the airline's prices, while still earning a profit. A traveler can often save a lot of money buying a ticket from a consolidator.

2. What are consolidator's rates? Why are your prices lower than others?

We are the distributors of consolidated airline tickets purchased in large blocks for contract prices on scheduled airlines. We sell them to the public at reduced rates. These discounts are usually between 25 to 75 percent below the cost of full-fare coach seats. Furthermore, we do not compute our sales commission on the price of tickets like regular travel agencies - our profit for each ticket sale is the same - no matter what the price is.

3. Can I fly on my favorite airline? Can I reserve my seat in advance?

Yes, before you submit your "Free Price Quote Request Form" on our website, make sure that you indicate your airline preferences. You will receive the lowest available price along with the price on your favorite airlines. Since we deal with major carriers only, your preferred airline may also be our best offer. And yes, you can have your seat reserved in advance.

Back to FAQ

4. Can I collect my frequent flyer miles?

Yes, you can collect your frequent flyer miles on most airlines.

Back to FAQ

5. When and how will I pay for my reservation?

After you make a reservation, we generally need to receive your full payment within seven days. Depending on your departure date, we may require payment sooner. We accept major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover), cashier's checks, money orders and also personal checks. Ask your travel agent for details.

6. I am afraid to deal over the Internet. I have never done so before.

We have done business on the internet Since 1994. The Internet has been a great sales tool for us. Because of our low prices, our database contains thousands of travelers who searched for the lowest available prices. It is very easy to verify whether your reservation is legitimate. As proof of validity, every one of our clients receives a reservation confirmation number which can be verified through a link located on our website or directly with the airlines. Our company is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and is one of the most reputable agencies in the industry. We keep all of the letters we have received from our satisfied customers. We are also members of the International Airlines Travel Agent network - IATA.

7. I received a free quote from you, what shall I do next? Is your price guaranteed?

If you like our price, pick up your phone and call our number 214-387-4034 in the Dallas-Fort Worth area or 1-800-278-9695 nationwide. Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 6:00PM Central Standard Time. We will reserve your seats and answer all of your questions. We encourage you to call us as soon as you make your decision because the tickets are subject to limited seat availability and fare changes by the airlines. The fare is only guaranteed once full payment is received.

Back to FAQ

8. Do you charge a processing or shipping fee like some other agencies do?

No, we don't charge any fees for processing and standard shipping. We send our tickets via priority mail to ensure they are not lost at no additional cost to our clients. When you reserve your seats with us, you will exactly know the total cost including airport departure tax. No other "hidden charges" of any kind are involved. However, if your departure is within 14 days then we expedite your documents via express mail to avoid any possible delays for an additional $20.00.

Back to FAQ

9. When and how do I receive my tickets?

The tickets are issued within 24 hours after the payment is received and sent to our clients via certified mail. The delivery takes approximately 3 - 5 business days. If you wish to receive your tickets overnight, it would cost an additional $20.00 for weekday delivery to cover express mail courier charges. Due to the custom restrictions, documents may only be delivered to addresses in the USA.

Back to FAQ

10. Do you send paper tickets or can you issue electronic tickets (e-tickets) for pick-up at the airline gate?

Yes, we send real paper airline tickets directly to the client's address. On most airlines it is possible to issue an electronic ticket (e-ticket). The ticketing information is stored on an airline computer electronically, therefore you will receive from our agency an itenerary and an e-ticket passenger receipt containing details of your flight. When you arrive at the airport for your flight, you will need to check in with the airline showing your valid passport to receive your boarding pass.

In some cases where an e-ticket can be issued, but a passenger requests paper tickets there will be an extra processing fee.

Back to FAQ

11. Is an advance purchase required? Do you handle "rush" departures?

No, advance purchase is not required like with regular airline tickets. You can buy tickets from us at the "last minute" for the same low price - if the seats are still available. Airline consolidator fares can sell out quickly and may not be available all of the time. Therefore, if you like the quoted price, it is recommended to make your reservation early.

Back to FAQ

12. Can I purchase a one-way ticket only?

Yes, you can purchase consolidated one way tickets. Low cost one-way tickets are available for most routings.

Back to FAQ

13. Do I have to purchase an infant ticket?

For international travel you need to purchase an infant ticket even if your child will be sitting on your lap. If your child's age is between 2 - 12 years, you would need to purchase a child seat ticket.

14. My trip is going to be complicated. I will have stopovers and return from and to a different city than my departure.
       Do you make such reservations?

Yes, we will be happy to help you with your special travel request. However, certain restrictions apply - for an example "around-the-world" fares.

Back to FAQ

15. I have a special diet, can I request a special meal?

Yes, you can request your special meal at the time of your reservation. There are specified categories which each airline offers. Please, ask one of our agents for details.

16. Can I purchase travel insurance?

Back to FAQ
17. Do I need a passport or visa to travel abroad?

Yes, travel to most countries requires a valid passport and/or visa. It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain the correct travel documents for each entry to a foreign country. We do not provide this service with the exemption of Australia for which we offer the electronic tourist visas for our clients. For passport and other foreign entry requirements, you can visit the US Department of State Passport Services at http://www.travel.state.gov/

Back to FAQ

18. Why can't I make a reservation on-line?

We still prefer a live agent - friendly talking on the telephone over the computerized on-line reservations. A live person can answer all of your travel questions much better. Our clients appreciate having the opportunity to speak to the same person each time. Besides, what can be easier than picking up the phone and calling our toll free number? We know the nature of on-line reservations - all sales are final, the tickets are completely nonrefundable, nonchangeable, and sometimes incorrectly issued. Many on-line agencies do not even allow you to know the name of airline you will be traveling on or the flight times until you give them your credit card number and accept the rules.

Back to FAQ

19. Are there certain days or times to travel for the best price?

You can save more money when you travel in low season, your departure city is a major hub, and you travel on a weekday. The airlines usually have three seasons - Low, Shoulder and High. The following is just a guideline to European destinations, dates may vary depending on the carrier and the routing:
LOW SEASON - the cheapest - starts November 1st and ends March 31, with surcharges between December 13th - December 24th.
SHOULDER SEASON - starts April 1st and ends May 15th and then again from September 1st through October 31st.
HIGH SEASON - starts May 16th and ends August 31st.
WEEKEND TRAVEL - Airlines usually surcharge between $20.00-$40.00 (each way) for flights departing on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You can save by avoiding travel on weekends.
YOUR DEPARTURE CITY - Although we might have low fares from your home town, you should always compare them with our fares from your closest major city.

Back to FAQ

20. Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can change or cancel your reservation on most airlines, however there MAY be a penalty. Exact penalties, which vary by airline, are listed on your itinerary/invoice when you make a reservation. For details, please ask one of our agents when making your reservation.
