In the retail and boutique hospitality space, the company operates through its fully-owned subsidiary, Cay Islands Corporation, which manages the 5-hectare Shoppes at Vanilla Beach development in El Nido, Palawan, featuring around 5,000 sqm of prime, beachfront leasable space for lifestyle shops and dining. Capitalizing on the emerging millennial and adventurous travel markets, DWC is rolling out its dual hotel-and-hostel hybrid brand, Kip & Kin. Construction officially restarted on Kip & Kin El Nido in March 2026 with an 18-month target to full completion. Expanding this footprint, DWC’s wholly owned subsidiary, Lucky Cloud 9 Resort, Inc., is actively developing Kip & Kin Siargao following its groundbreaking in January 2025, bringing DWC's signature style to the country's surfing capital.

Through another subsidiary, Discovery Fleet Corporation, DWC operates Club Paradise Divers. Following the transition from historical liveaboard operations, the company expanded the dive footprint from Coron into Vanilla Beach El Nido in June 2025, strengthening DWC's presence in a premium niche tourism segment where Palawan enjoys a distinct competitive advantage.

DWC also owns Discovery Hospitality Corporation (DHC), the acclaimed homegrown management company that drives the operational excellence behind the group's diverse and growing portfolio, including Discovery Boracay, Discovery Coron, Discovery Primea Makati, Discovery Suites Ortigas, Manami Resort, Discovery Samal, and the upcoming Kip & Kin properties.

The company continues to aggressively expand its business footprint across prime real estate and tourist hubs nationwide through its other 100%-owned subsidiaries: Sonoran Corporation, Palawan Cove Corporation, Long Beach Property Holdings, Inc. (overseeing a 3.8-hectare pipeline in San Vicente, Palawan), Lucky Cloud 9 Resort Inc., and Balay Holdings Inc.

In line with its strategic diversification into upscale horizontal real estate, DWC's wholly-owned subsidiary, Discovery Properties, Inc. (formerly One Davao Townships Corporation), is actively developing Elize Point. Situated in Shrine Hills, Matina, Davao City, this exclusive 62-lot master-planned residential development stands as Davao’s premier ultra-luxury nature estate, addressing the growing demand for premium lifestyle communities and generating long-term asset value.

Furthering the group's commitment to modern infrastructure, infrastructure-backed asset building, and environmental sustainability, Viper Energy Corporation (formerly Viper Holdings Corporation) serves as a vital diversification arm for the group. In addition to deploying solar and alternative renewable energy assets across DWC's commercial portfolio, Viper Energy Corporation expanded its strategic reach on June 18, 2026, by acquiring a 59% equity interest in Katharo Water Solutions Inc. (KWSI), a Philippine-based pioneer in water and wastewater infrastructure engineering, construction, and Build-Own-Operate solutions.
